Watershed Project Director in Vigilance Snare

Malkangiri: Odisha Vigilance on Wednesday launched Disproportionate Asset (DA) search at 7 locations of Santanu Mohapatra, the Deputy Director and Project Director (PD), Watershed, Malkangiri of Odisha.

Today on the allegation of possession of Disproportionate Assets (DA) by Santanu Mohapatra, Deputy Director and PD (Project Director), Watershed, Malkangiri, Dist-Malkangiri to his known sources of income, simultaneous house searches are being conducted by Odisha Vigilance.

The searches on the properties of Santanu Mohapatra are being led by 2 Additional SPs, 4 DSPs, 10 Inspectors, 6 ASIs, and other supporting staff on the strength of search warrants issued by the Special Judge, Vigilance, Jeypore at 7 following locations in Malkangiri, Cuttack and Bhubaneswar.

Here are the locations where the searches are going on:

1) Residential Triple storeyed building located at Jeypore.

2) House of Mohan Mandal,Asst. Agriculture Engineer located at Malkajgiri

3) House of Biswajit  Mandal, Data Entry Operator,O/o PD Watershed, Malkangiri located at Malkajgiri.

4) House of Amiyakanta Sahu, Contractual Staff O/o P.D Watershed, Malkangiri located at Malkangiri.

5) Office Chamber of  Mohapatra at Malkangiri.

6) Paternal house of Mohapatra at Nuapada, Balisahi, Cuttack.

7) House of his relative located at Bhimatangi, Housing Board Colony, BBSR.
