Two Senior Odisha IPS Officers Empanelled for Central Deputation

Bhubaneswar: Two senior Indian Police Service (IPS) officers from the Odisha cadre have been empanelled for central deputation to hold top-level posts in the Government of India.
The Appointments Committee of the Union Cabinet has approved the empanelment of 35 IPS officers from various state cadres, including RP Koche (1993 batch) and Yeshwant Kumar Jethwa (1994 batch) from Odisha, for central postings.
Both officers have been cleared to hold positions of Director General (DG) or equivalent rank at the Centre.
Currently, RP Koche is serving as the Director of Intelligence, while Yeshwant Kumar Jethwa holds the post of Director of Vigilance in Odisha.
Their empanelment opens doors for them to take on key leadership roles in central government agencies and departments.
