Tourist Bus Catches Fire in Bhadrak

Bhadrak: A tourist bus caught fire today afternoon in Bhadrak district of Odisha. The accident took place near Nalanga Chhaka on the National Highway no. 16. Fortunately, nobody got hurt in the fire mishap.

As per reports, the tourist bus was on its way to Puri from Balasore district when it caught fire near Nalanga Chhaka in Bhadrak district. There were reportedly 40 passengers in the bus. However, fortunately nobody got hurt in the fire mishap as they narrowly escaped.

It has been learnt that the compressor of the AC unit of the bus caught fire which then spread to other parts of the bus. However, till it would become too late, all the passengers managed to get down saving their lives.

After getting information the fire brigade rushed to the spot and doused the flames. It has been said that due to the quick action of the Fire services department a big accident was avoided.
