Three Odisha Citizens Invited to Rashtrapati Bhavan ‘At Home’ Reception on Republic Day 2026

Bhubaneswar: Three distinguished citizens from Odisha have been officially invited to attend the prestigious ‘At Home’ reception at Rashtrapati Bhavan in New Delhi on the occasion of Republic Day 2026.

The invitees include Khushbu Jaipuria, a disaster management volunteer from Jharsuguda district; Rajendra Patra, a sanitation worker from Bhawanipatna in Kalahandi district; and Dr. Sibaji Panda, founder of the Happy Hands School for the Deaf in Odisha. Their selection recognises their exceptional contribution to society in the fields of social service, sanitation, and inclusive education.

The ‘At Home’ reception is a ceremonial event hosted annually by the President of India on Republic Day and Independence Day at the Central Lawn of Rashtrapati Bhavan. The gathering brings together distinguished citizens from across the country, senior government officials, eminent personalities from various fields, and foreign diplomats.
