Srimandir to remain closed for three hours today

Puri: The Jagannath Temple in Puri will remain closed for public darshan today for three hours due to Diba Pahuda ritual of the Holy Deities.

The temple will be closed from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm, the announcement was made by the Shree Jagannath Temple Administration (SJTA).

Taking to its X handle, the Shree Jagannath Temple Administration (SJTA) wrote: “Today, Wednesday, the 17th December 2025, Pausha Krushna Trayodashi tithi, the Diba Pahuda of the Holy Deities will be performed. Therefore, after the completion of the Second Bhog Mandap offering, public darshan will remain temporarily suspended from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM”.
