Slots for CM’s ‘Jan Sunani’ Public Grievance Hearing Filled Within Hours

Bhubaneswar: Slot booking for Chief Minister’s public grievance hearing, Jan Sunani, scheduled to be held on February 9, concluded on Thursday after all available registrations were filled within hours of opening.

The online registration process began at 11 a.m. on February 6 through the Jan Sunani portal and the mobile application, allowing citizens to book an appointment to present their grievances directly before the Chief Minister. By 5 p.m. the same day, the maximum limit of 1,000 applicants had been reached, officials confirmed, closing the registration process.

Registered applicants have been instructed to report at their allotted time to the Chief Minister’s Grievance Cell, located at the former Government Primary School near Capital Nursery in Unit-2, Ashok Nagar, Bhubaneswar. They must carry their registration acknowledgement slip along with a valid identity proof to gain entry and participate in the hearing.

The Jan Sunani initiative is designed to offer citizens a direct platform to raise concerns and seek redressal at the highest level of the state administration.
