Silver futures fall to Rs 2,43,819/kg

NEW DELHI: (Apr 27) Silver prices on Monday fell by Rs 817 to Rs 2,43,819 per kilogram as participants reduced their bets.

On the Multi Commodity Exchange, silver contracts for the May delivery declined by Rs 817, or 0.33 per cent, to Rs 2,43,819 per kg in a business turnover of 1,098 lots.

Analysts said a sell-off by participants mainly weighed on silver prices.
