Savitri Ratho Sworn in as Orissa HC Judge

Cuttack (Reporters Today Bureau): Savitri Ratho sworn in as the judge of the Orissa High Court yesterday. She was administered the oath of office and secrecy by Chief Justice Mohammad Rafiq, Chief Justice, Orissa High Court.

The swearing in ceremony was held at the conference hall of the High Court. With this, the number of judges, including the Chief Justice climbed to 16.

The Supreme Court Collegium had in January recommended elevation of Ratho as Judge of the Orissa High Court. Worth mentioning, she is the daughter of former DGP Prafulla Ratho.
