Balasore: The incessant rains in Balasore district of Odisha has thrown normal life out of gear as the district are under the grip of water. In an unusual incident, 500-rupee denomination notes were found floating in the clogged flood waters in the district.

According to information, the water level due to the ongoing incessant rains have created an illusion of river in the roads as the roads are completely under water. The heavy rains have created waterlogging in several parts.
