Road Safety Series: Yuvi Gets a ‘Bahubali-Esque’ Honour in Hotel

Raipur: All-rounder Yuvraj Singh played a match-winning knock of 60 runs and helped the team to win the Road Safety Series title on Sunday in Raipur. Afterwhich the hotel employees welcomed him with a guard of honour following his teammates. However, Yuvraj suffered a calf injury during the match.

Yuvraj took to Instagram to share a video in which he can be seen limping while the hotel employees are giving him a guard of honour. He captioned the video ‘Broken Bahubali’ signifying his right leg injury. Yuvraj can be seen dancing his way back into the hotel as the famous theme song from the movie ‘Baahubali’ is audible in the background. India outshined by winning against Sri Lanka in the inaugural Road Safety World Series by 14 runs in Raipur on Sunday. Chasing a target of 182, Sri Lanka Legends were at once cruising at 62 for the loss of no wicket in 7.1 overs. However, a floodgate of sorts opened once Dilshan (21 off 18) departed.
