Pradipta Naik LoP in Odisha Assembly

Surjit Kumar Dhal, Bhubaneswar, June 25: BJP leader Pradipta Kumar Naik has been nominated as the new Leader of Opposition (LoP) in the Odisha Legislative Assembly.

The party’s national President Amit Shah has approved the name of Naik, an MLA from Bhawanipatna.

Notably, a meeting of all the MLAs of the party in the presence of party observer, Saroj Pandey had on June 23 unanimously authorised BJP National President Amit Shah to take a decision regarding the leader of the legislative party.
