The process will be conducted in two phases: April 2–13 and April 15–26.

A total of 151 evaluation centres have been set up across the state, including 76 offline and 75 online centres. In the first phase, 3,500 teachers will handle online evaluation, and 4,500 teachers will manage offline evaluation. The second phase will involve 8,000 evaluators.
This year, nearly 25 lakh answer scripts will be checked, with 15 lakh offline and 10 lakh online. Strict security measures will be in place at evaluation centres, including restrictions on mobile phones and electronic devices. Teachers must register their entry and exit times, and daily work will run from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Parida added that technical staff will be deployed to ensure the smooth functioning of computers at e-evaluation centres. The Council aims to complete the evaluation by April and publish the results in the third week of May.
