Pitabash Panda murder case: Berhampur Police files 30,000-page chargesheet

Berhampur: The Berhampur Police has reportedly filed a voluminous 30,000-page chargesheet in the murder case of senior advocate Pitabash Panda.

According to reports, the document reportedly contains extensive material evidence, including witness testimonies, call-detail records, financial transaction trails, Forensic and ballistic reports CCTV footage analysis amd Detailed reconstruction of the alleged conspiracy involving multiple accused across states.

The filing of the chargesheet is an important step, as it moves the case closer to trial.

The large number of pages shows how detailed and complex the investigation was, involving political leaders, hired killers, and people from different states.

It is to be noted here that Panda was shot dead on October 6 last year and a total of 16 people including BJD leader and former Berhampur MLA Bikram Panda and former Berhampur mayor Siba Shankar Das were arrested in connection with the murder case.
