Pinaki Mishra & Mahua Moitra host grand reception

New Delhi: There was a lot of discussion recently about the wedding of former MP Pinaki Mishra and MP Mahua Moitra at Germany in a private ceremony. Now the grand reception party hosted by the two is the talk of the town.

The reception was held at a star hotel in Delhi. Many senior political leaders attended this event. Among others were Congress leader Sonia Gandhi, Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, Samajwadi Party supremo Akhilesh Yadav, his wife Dimple Yadav.

Similarly, Mahua’s colleagues that is MP and actress Sadhvi Banerjee, BJD’s Sulata Deo, Supriya Sule, Munna Khan, Union Minister Anupriya Patel were also present. It is worth mentioning here that, this is the second marriage of 65-year-old Pinaki Mishra. Earlier, he was married to Sangita Mishra. He has a son and a daughter from his first marriage.

Biju Janata Dal (BJD) MP Pinaki Misra and Trinamool Congress (TMC) MP Mahua Moitra reportedly got married in Germany. The marriage was a private ceremony.

Reports said that, Mahua married Pinaki on May 3. Pinaki has been an MP four times from Biju Janata Dal (BJD). He was first elected MP in 1996. After this he continued from 2009 to 2019. Mahua Moitra was elected MP for the first time in 2019, said reports.

A photograph showing her “all smiles, decked in gold” had gone viral. Later, a dance video of BJD leader and former Puri MP Pinaki Mishra and TMC MP Mahua Moitra had gone viral.

An X user Anshu Singh posted the video on her X handle and wrote in the caption, “A video of BJD leader Pinaki Mishra and TMC MP Mahua Moitra’s wedding ceremony has surfaced. The video shows them dancing together at a destination wedding in Berlin, Germany.”

The video showed that the two leaders were dancing to the tune of an old romantic popular Bollywood number while a few others were seen witnessing the romantic dance.

Later in an an exclusive interview with KalingaTV, Former BJD MP Pinaki Misra confirmed that he has tied the knot with TMC MP Mahua Moitra at a private ceremony in Germany.
