Odisha Junior Boys Football Team heads to Amritsar for Dr. B.C. Roy Trophy 2025–26

Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Junior Boys Football Team travelled to Punjab’s Amritsar, to participate in the Junior Boys’ National Football Championship for the Dr. B.C. Roy Trophy 2025–26 which will be held from July 20 to July 30.

The Football Association of Odisha (FAO) has expressed its full support to the team. FAO President Tankadhar Tripathy and Secretary Dr. Asirbad Behera along with all the office bearers and members, have wished the team and officials the very best for the championship.

Odisha has been placed in Group C along with three other teams: Jharkhand, Manipur, and Karnataka. Odisha will face Karnataka in their opening match on July 20. The tournament features four groups, each with four teams, and the top team from each group will advance to the semifinals, which will be held on July 28. The final match will take place on July 30.
