Odisha Government Reshuffles Eight IAS Officers, Assigns New Responsibilities

Bhubaneswar, Oct 27: The Odisha government on Tuesday reshuffled eight IAS officers, effecting fresh appointments and assigning additional charges to several officials.

As per a notification issued by the General Administration Department, Dr Poma Tudu has been appointed Director of Agriculture and Food Production, with additional charge as Managing Director of the Odisha State Cashew Development Corporation Ltd.

Sangram Keshari Mohapatra has been posted as RDC (Northern Division), Sambalpur, while Shubham Saxena has been appointed Vice-Chairman of the Bhubaneswar Development Authority (BDA).

Dr Gavali Parag Harshad has been posted as Managing Director of the National Health Mission (NHM), while Vijay Amruta Kulange has been appointed RDC (Southern Division), Berhampur.

Chakravarti Singh Rathore has been given additional charge as Director of Horticulture, while Pranati Chhotray has been appointed Managing Director of OMFED. Subra Kumar Panda has been assigned additional charge as Managing Director of the Odisha Agro Industries Corporation Ltd.

Mohapatra will also continue as Chairman-in-Charge of the Western Odisha Development Council (WODC).
