Odisha athlete Parbati Sethi clinches silver at European Masters Games

Surjit Kumar Dhal Bhubaneswar, August 2: Odisha athlete Parbati Sethi has won silver medal in discus throw event at the European Masters Games-2019, Italy.

This is Sethi’s second medal in the sporting event as she had clinched bronze medal in shot put event, three days ago.

Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik congratulated Sethi on her achievement.

“Congratulate #Odisha athlete Parbati Sethi on winning silver medal in discus throw in European Masters Games 2019, Italy, after bronze in shot put. Best wishes for future,” he said.
