OCA elections today

(Reporters Today, Bhubaneswar): The elections for several posts of the Odisha Cricket Association (OCA) began at the Conference Hall in Barabati Stadium here today.

The elections are being held for posts of President, Vice-president, Secretary, Joint-secretary, Treasurer and one Council member. A total number of 12 people have applied for the above posts. The voting started at 11 am and end at 2 pm. The results will be declared in the evening.

Worth mentioning, OCA former Secretary Ashirbad Behera’s son Sanjay Behera is in the race for the Secretary post. The ex-Secretary was arrested by CBI from his residence in Cuttack earlier this month over his alleged involvement in the Artha Tatwa chit fund scam.
