OAV Shirsa Excels in CBSE Exams with 95.65% Pass Rate

Saraskana: Odisha Adarsha Vidyalaya (OAV), Shirsa, located under the Saraskana block of Mayurbhanj district, has demonstrated commendable academic performance in the CBSE Class 10 and 12 examinations for the year 2025.

In the Class 10 All India Secondary School Examination (AISSE), conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), the school achieved an impressive 95.65% pass rate. Student Nikunj Basuri led the batch by securing 95% marks, emerging as the school topper.

OAV Shirsa was ranked 9th among 26 Adarsha Vidyalayas in Mayurbhanj district based on Class 10 results, which were declared on May 13 (Tuesday).

In the CBSE Class 12 examinations, Md Saif Alam brought laurels to the institution by scoring the highest marks in the school with 91.20%, further showcasing the school’s consistency across senior secondary levels.

Vice Principal Suman Jana congratulated the students for their outstanding results and lauded the faculty for their continuous dedication and support.

“This achievement reflects the hard work of every student and teacher involved,” he added.
