MP Tarai Escapes Unhurt After Car Hit From Behind on NH-55

Bhubaneswar: BJP MP Bibhu Prasad Tarai of Jagatsinghpur had a narrow escape on Saturday after another vehicle rammed into his car from behind near Hajipur on National Highway 55.

According to reports, Tarai was travelling from Bhubaneswar to the Nabakrushna Choudhury Stadium in Jagatsinghpur to attend a sports event when the incident took place. A speeding car struck his vehicle from the rear, causing substantial damage.

Despite the impact, the MP was unharmed. Biridi police swiftly detained the driver of the other vehicle and seized the car involved in the collision.
