Mohan Majhi ranks 8th among best CMs in India Today’s Mood of the Nation poll

Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Majhi is in the list of top 10 most popular Chief Ministers in the country. He has secured eighth rank in the India Today Mood of the Nation poll after 34.2 percent people in the state approved the work of Chief Minister Mohan Majhi.
In this list, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu is at seventh place with 38.1 percent, while West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee is at ninth place with 30 percent. Mohan Majhi is in between the two experienced Chief Ministers which is a significant achievement.
Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma is at the top of this list with 44.6 percent rating.
Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai is at the second position with 41.9 percent rating. Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren is at the third position with 41.9 percent, Bhupendra Patel is at the fourth position with 40.7 percent. Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath is at the fifth position with 40.4 percent, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav is at the sixth position with 39.2 percent.
Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann is at the tenth position with 29.9 percent. The results of the survey have come at a time when discussions are underway in Odisha to expand the cabinet.
In June, Prime Minister Narendra Modi came to Bhubaneswar on the occasion of the one year completion of the BJP government. Then, he praised Mohan Majhi. This showed that the central leadership had faith in Mohan Charan Majhi. Now after the survey report came, Mohan Majhi has been recognized at the national level.
As a result, there is no doubt that Chief Minister Mohan Majhi will further strengthen his position in Odisha and national level as well. Importantly, this survey was conducted in big states with more than 10 Lok Sabha seats.
