Amid the speculations of Cabinet expansion, this visit will prove to be very crucial. The Centre may approve the Cabinet expansion and the constitution of the new BJP team.

The BJP will complete 15 months of government in Odisha on September 12. The Cabinet can constitute upto 22 ministers including the CM, but the current government has only 16 Ministers.
