Mob creates ruckus as Ama bus hits bycycle

Bhubaneswar: A ruckus erupted in the route between Master canteen to Rajmahal Chaak after a Ama bus hit a bycycle on Friday. The enraged mob stopped the Ama bus that hit the bycycle and broke the windows and several other parts of the bus. The angry mob did not stop in one Ama bus, they have trashed several other Ama buses as well.

The driver and conductor of the Ama Bus involved in the incident fled from the scene fearing the wrath of the angry mob.

On receiving information, the police reached the spot and tried to mitigate the situation. However, the mob did not comply due to which the police had to perform mild lathi charge to disperse the crowd.
