Man found dead in pool of blood in Balangir

Titlagarh: In a shocking incident, a woman allegedly killed her husband under Dengapadar village under Muribahal police station limits under Balangir district last night.

The deceased has been identified as Santosh Parabhua and his wife is Bhabani. He was found dead while his family members were missing.

According to sources, his neighbours found him lying in a pool of blood outside their house. Reportedly, his wife, son and daughter were missing.

The deceased’s elder brother is suspecting their involvement as they are reportedly absconding from the site. His brother said, “I saw his wife and children flee away in an auto rickshaw when  I had woken up at the midnight for using the loo. ”

The reason behind his death is yet to be ascertained.

Further reports suggested that Bhabani is undergoing treatment at the Sub-divisional hospital in Titlagarh.

It might have so happened that the two had a fight and in a fit of rage Bhabani took his life. Meanwhile she might have been attacked in his defence by her husband.

Police invesigation will clear the suspense in the matter.

In another incident, a man killed his wife and then died over an alleged extra-marital affair. The incident happened in Gaiba village under Serang police limits in Gajapati district.

The man identified as Narendra Paika killed his wife Monalisa and then recorded a video confessing his crime. The video is going viral on the Internet now. Later in the evening his body was found hanging from a tree in a nearby jungle.

Monalisa had fallen in love with Narendra and then the duo had got married. She belonged to Keradanga village under Nuagarh block in Gajapati district.
