Latika Pradhan, A Hope of Shining Odisha

Bhubaneswar (Surjit Kumar Dhal): Latika Pradhan, new name in Assembly but her will to build new Odisha is much older. The current legislator from Kabisurjyanagar assembly constituency puts all her efforts for selfless public service. Before selected as BJD candidate from the constituency, she was in the party organizational charge. Her father Nityananda Pradhan was two times MLA as CPI candidate. In 2008 he left CPI and joined BJD and elected as the Member of Parliament from Aska in 2009 general election.

Either in position or as a simple party worker, Latika always remains in between the common man to solve their problems. An eligible advocate and a social activist, Latika puts her step in politics just for the betterment of the public. In the time of this pandemic, Latika made all her efforts to combat Coronavirus with awareness programmes, food for the needy etc.

According to the public views, the attitude of Latika on selfless public service and organizational skills are in her blood which were hereditary. Hard work made Nityananda success in political career as well as took him close to the common man and now Latika following her father’s foot step. According to her supporters and the public of his assembly constituency, Latika is a Crest Jewel of Odisha politics.
