Khurda: Police SI in Vigilance Snare

Khurda (Reporters Today Bureau): A police sub-inspector has been caught red handedly by vigilance sleuths. The cop identified as Ashok Panda has been caught red-handed by vigilance sleuths while taking bribe.

The alleged incident has been reported from Dhalapathara police station under Khurda district. There were allegations against the cop that he demands bribes on regular basis to solve some land related dispute.

The cop was caught red-handed while accepting a bribe of Rs. 20,000 from a complainant  named Ashish Panda for some land related issue.
