Kalahandi: Miscreants hack youth to death

Bhawanipatna: In a shocking incident, a gang of miscreants reportedly hacked a youth to death in Kalahandi district of Odisha yesterday late at night. The murder took place at the Ghodaghat pada chowk in Bhawanipatna under Town Police Station limits.

The deceased youth has been identified as Satyanarayan Ray of Bahadur Bagicha Pada.

As per reports, the miscreants hacked the youth to death for a silly matter. Yesterday at about 12.30 am the murder took place at the Ghodaghat pada Chowk.

The reason of the murder is yet to be ascertained. Also, the accused miscreants are yet to be nabbed.

After getting information, police personnel from Bhawantipatna Town Police Station reached the spot and initiated investigation. Further probe of the case is underway while till this report was written nobody had been arrested or detained by Police.
