Indias first CWG Boxing Gold-Medallist Mohammed Ali Qamar Appointed Womens Team Coach

New Delhi, Jan 17: Mohammed Ali Qamar, the man who won India’s first Commonwealth Games gold medal in boxing, has taken over as the chief coach for the country’s female boxers.

He has replaced veteran Shiv Singh. Qamar, who is set to turn 38, is also the youngest person to land the job.
