HSC Answer Sheet Evaluation Begins Tomorrow in Odisha

Bhubaneswar: The evaluation of answer papers for the recently concluded High School Certificate (HSC) examinations will commence from Thursday, the Board of Secondary Education (BSE), Odisha announced.
Around 15,000 teachers have been deployed to assess the answer sheets at 52 evaluation centres across the state. The Board has also issued instructions to all District Education Officers (DEOs) to ensure smooth conduct of the process.

The HSC examinations, which concluded on March 2, witnessed the participation of 5,46,582 students at 3,082 examination centres. All centres were equipped with CCTV cameras to ensure strict monitoring and transparency.
According to BSE officials, the evaluation process is expected to be completed within 15 days, by April 2. Chief Examiners, Deputy Chief Examiners, Assistant Inspectors, and other appointed staff have been directed to remain vigilant throughout the process.
Officials have been instructed to report to the evaluation centres by 10 am daily, while camp officers and supporting staff are required to arrive by 9:30 am.
The Board will also monitor the evaluation process through its Command Control System from a central control room to ensure efficiency and accountability.
