Five IAS Officers Assigned Additional Charges in Odisha Bureaucratic Reshuffle

Bhubaneswar: In a minor bureaucratic reshuffle, the Odisha government has assigned additional responsibilities to five Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers, including three women officers, with immediate effect. The General Administration & Public Grievance Department issued an official notification regarding the changes.
As per the order, 2015-batch Odisha-cadre IAS officer Aboli Sunil Naravane, currently serving as Director, Industries Department in Cuttack, has been given additional charge as Managing Director of Odisha Small Industries Corporation and Managing Director of Odisha State Financial Corporation, both based in Cuttack.
Dheenah Dastageer, IAS (RR-2021), presently the Additional District Magistrate (ADM) of Rourkela, will continue holding additional charge as Commissioner of Rourkela Municipal Corporation, Chief Executive Officer of Rourkela Smart City Ltd., and Secretary of Rourkela Development Authority.
Rehan Khatri, IAS (RR-2021), the Commissioner of Sambalpur Municipal Corporation, has been allowed to remain in additional charge as Vice-Chairman of Sambalpur Development Authority.
Kirandeep Kaur Sahota, IAS (RR-2021), currently Commissioner of Cuttack Municipal Corporation, will also continue as Vice-Chairman of Cuttack Development Authority.
Similarly, Prathamesh Arvind Rajeshirke, IAS (RR-2021), the Commissioner of Berhampur Municipal Corporation, has been entrusted with additional responsibility as Vice-Chairman of Berhampur Development Authority.
The reshuffle is part of routine administrative adjustments aimed at enhancing coordination and efficiency within urban governance and development bodies across Odisha.
