Fire breaks out at cinema hall in Rayagada during movie

Rayagada: A fire erupted at a cinema hall during the screening of Prabhas recently released much-anticipated film The RajaSaab in Rayagada district.

No casualties were reported in the incident.

The incident took place at Ashok Talkies at a peak moment in the film, when Prabhas made his grand entry on screen. While his entry left fans excited, they burst crackers to celebrate the same.

As per reports, a group of fans in the theatre began performing aarti in front of the screen and attempted to burst crackers inside the movie hall. Due to this, a sudden fire broke out near the screen area.

Immediately, the situation was brought under control by the fans at the hall. There has been no major damage to the cinema hall as well. The screening was halted temporarily to ensure the safety of the audience.
