Bhubaneswar (Surjit Kumar Dhal): The media icon of Odisha is now known as the captain cool in the state politics. Yes, we discuss about General Secretary (Media Affairs) of ruling Biju Janata Dal and Media Advisor to Odisha Government, Mr. Manas Mangaraj. He is really the captain cool in BJD. He encourages  every person in the party. His organizational skills and mentor attitude made him high in ruling party. He is one of the dearest person of party boss and chief minister Naveen Patnaik.

Manas started his career as a Journalist and has proved his mettle in the 2019 assembly elections. He joined the Biju Janata Dal in 2018  resigning from Indian National Congress where he had served the youth wing.
