Driver dies after being crushed under his own truck

Bangiriposi: In a tragic and unfortunate incident, a man reportedly died after being crushed under the wheels of his own truck in Mayurbhanj district of Odisha on Sunday morning.

The incident took place on the Jagannathkhunta over bridge in Bangiriposi sub division of the district.

The deceased driver has been identified as Sameer Das from West Bengal.

As per report, an unknown vehicle was hit by the accident-hit truck. As a result, the driver fell down off his seat and somehow came under the wheels of the same truck that he was riding. And as a result, he died on the spot.

After getting information about the incident, Bangiriposi police reached the spot and recovered the body. Further investigation of the case is underway.
