‘Dhadi Darshan’ System to Begin Soon at Puri Srimandir

Bhubaneswar: The much-awaited queue-based darshan system, Dhadi Darshan, will be rolled out at Puri Srimandir within the next seven days, Law Minister Prithiviraj Harichandan announced on Sunday.
During his visit to Angul, the Minister said the process of relocating the temple’s hundi (donation box) has already begun after obtaining all required approvals. “The relocation of the hundi has started, and once it is fully shifted, the Dhadi Darshan system will be implemented within a week,” he stated.

Harichandan assured that the new system will provide devotees with a more orderly and secure darshan experience. “This arrangement will ensure smooth movement of devotees while maintaining security and decorum inside the temple,” he added.
The Dhadi Darshan system is designed to streamline queues, reduce congestion, and ensure fair access for all worshippers to the presiding deities.
