Delhi HC to Rule on Neha Bora’s Plea Tomorrow

The Delhi High Court has reserved its verdict on a petition filed by AISA president Neha Bora, with the decision scheduled for Friday, October 23.

Bora has challenged a notice issued by the Special Executive Magistrate (SEM), directing her to furnish a bond of ₹10,000 and undertake to maintain peace.

Opposing her plea, the Delhi Police argued before the court that the petition was not maintainable.
