Crime Branch Raids Tito’s Residence In Kendrapara, 2 Brothers & Relative Nabbed

Surjit Kumar Dhal, Kendrapara, June 19: Crime Branch raided arrested gangster Syed Usman Ali alias Tito’s residence at Dilarpur in Kendrapara district last night and held two of his brothers and a relative for interrogation in connection with the gangster’s crime syndicate.

Since Tito’s arrest in June 2018, both his brothers G. Babu and SK Jitu were  absconding. To probe into Tito’s unholy nexus, his brothers were important links as they too were involved in handling several illegal businesses, said police sources.

The Special Task Force of Crime Branch conducted the raid at around 2 am in the night. The two brothers and another relative (brother-in-law) were nabbed during the raid.

Notably, Tito was arrested after an encounter in Chandikhole area on June 30, 2018. He is cooling his heels in Jharpada Special Jail at Bhubaneswar.
