Clifford Miranda’s team begins their Super Cup 2023 campaign 

The Juggernauts are participating in Hero Super Cup 2023 for the first time. They have been drawn into Group B alongside fellow ISL teams Hyderabad FC and East Bengal FC. The trio is joined by I-League side Aizawl FC, who beat TRAU FC in the qualifier earlier this week.

Odisha FC is all set and determined to start their opening match with a win as they are going to face East Bengal FC on Sunday, April 9, 2023, at Payyanad Stadium, Manjeri, Kerala. The game is set to kick off at 8:30 PM IST.

The two teams have faced each other twice before in the Hero ISL this season, with Odisha FC having the upper hand in both encounters. In their last fixture in the Hero ISL, Odisha FC managed to outclass East Bengal FC 3-1 at home, with Diego Mauricio’s brace and a goal from Nandha proving too much for the Red & Gold Brigade to handle.
