Balasore Woman Found Hanging in Rented House

Balasore: A  woman was found hanging in her rented house at Gopalpur village under Town police station limits in Balasore district late on Saturday night.

The deceased, identified as a lab technician at Balasore District Headquarters Hospital (DHH) and a native of Kakatpur in Puri district, had married just three months ago.

Her body was recovered from the house and taken to Balasore DHH, where doctors declared her brought dead.

On being alerted, Balasore Town police reached the spot and sent the body for post-mortem.

Her colleagues expressed shock over the incident, describing her as a sincere and punctual employee. Police said the exact cause of death will be confirmed after investigation.
