Abadha prices to be fixed in Srimandir

Puri: An important meeting has been concluded at the Administrative office of Srimandira in Puri of Odisha. Discussions held in this meeting to systematize different functions of Anandabazar of the temple. The president, secretary and other members of the Suara Mahasuara Nijog were present in this meeting.

Following the meeting, Chief Administrator of Srimandira Arvind Padhi informed that the price list of Abadha Mahaprasad will be fixed in Anandabazar soon. It has been decided in the meeting that arrangements will be made for sale and consumption in separate shops for ‘Sukhila Bhog’ (dry offerings) and Mahaprasad.

Meanwhile, it has also been discussed that strict action will be taken if any ghee other than OMFED ghee is used in the temple. It was discussed in the meeting that if the Mahaprabhu’s rituals are properly executed, order will be restored in Anand Bazaar.

Apart from this, it was also discussed that a dress code will be fixed for the assistants of the supakars in Anand Bazaar. Along with this identification cards will also be issued to them. And action will be taken according to the law in case of any disorderly behavior by them, said Narayan Mahasuara, the secretary of the Suara Mahasuara Nijog.
