Miscreants Loot Donation Boxes, Ornaments at Madanmohan Temple

Sakhigopal: Unidentified miscreants allegedly broke two donation boxes at Madanmohan temple in Sebak Sahi inside the premises of Sakhigopinath temple in Puri district and looted cash from it.

The incident came to light after the temple priests found the donation boxes broken in the morning. The looted amount is yet to be estimated. As per sources, the burglars entered the temple by breaking the lock and decamped with the cash from the donation boxes along with gold and silver jewellery of the deity.

On intimation, the Satyabadi police reached the temple and launched an investigation into the matter.
