Who is the Middleman in Energy Department?

Bhubaneswar (Surjit Kumar Dhal):  Some persons in several departments of Odisha Government played vital role with or without any positions. Promotion, transfer, bill clearance and all similar works are being performed by those brokers grabbing huge amount of money.

Today, we are here to discuss about Energy department. A huge amount of monetary business execute in this department without the knowledge of concern minister. There are some middlemen who always involve themselves in such type of mischievous work. If someone trapped in any cases, then the middlemen come forward and offer assurance with demanding money. If someone need promotion then the middlemen come out. There are many eligible officials there in the energy department, who were not yet promoted only because of the interference of the middlemen.

Sources said, the recent transfer of the Energy Secretary is related to these mischievous acts. Such brokers were present in the department to extract money. It is in dark that the middlemen were from the office or outsider. There are many complains pouring from various districts of the State that the wrong doers took money for concern work and got off scot free. What is going on here?  How a broker creates influence in our clean image government? Who is behind the screen to help the middlemen? Such type of questions bang in our mind.
