Newborn found dead in drain at Kendrapara

(Reporters Today, Bhubaneswar): Body of a newborn girl was found at a drain near Hazari Bagicha in Kendrapara district, today.

The baby girl’s body was spotted by the locals here floating this morning. After receiving the information, police have recovered the body. It is suspected that someone brought the infant and threw it in the canal as the Kendrapada hospital and a private nursing home is situated in a range of 500 meters from Hazari Bagicha.
