Induction meeting of OSOU in Khordha

Surjit Kumar Dhal, Khordha, Sept 4: An induction meeting of the new students of OSOU attached to PN Autonomous College Study Center here was held in the college premise on Tuesday. This year as many as 246 students have taken admission in different programmes. Former vice-chancellor North Odisha university Major Khirod Prasad Mohanty and Regional co-ordinator, Regional center BBSR Dr. Dillip kumar Nayak graced the occasions as chief guest and chief speaker respectively. They highlighted the positive aspects of Distance learning system and praised the efforts of odisha state open university for reaching out to remote parts of the state with a number of skills based programmes.

Dr. Nayak presented all the technical details regarding open digital learning system, procedures of counseling and examination and also clarified all the doubts and confusion of learners and counsellor’s.
