Paradip Bali Yatra from November 23

Paradip: The seven-day Kalinga Bali Yatra will begin in Paradip on November 23, with organisers keeping open the option of extending the fair if required.
Preparations for the historic festival were reviewed at a planning meeting, where important decisions regarding arrangements and execution were finalised.

Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi is likely to inaugurate the event, and the organising committee will formally invite him to the opening ceremony.
This year, organisers are planning a bigger celebration, with popular Ollywood and Bollywood artists expected to perform during the festival to attract more visitors.
Industries Minister Sampad Swain said the Chief Minister would be invited to inaugurate the fair. He highlighted the festival’s role in preserving Odisha’s cultural heritage and connecting younger generations with the state’s rich maritime history.
