Female gold trader robbed of ₹36 lakh in Kataka

Kataka: Female gold trader seriously injured after being robbed of 36 lakh cash in Odisha’s Kataka. The incident happened on Taladanda Canal bridge, the perpetrators fled after the incident, leaving the trader in critical condition.
As per reports, a woman who trades gold was severely injured in an attack on the Taladanda Canal bridge in Cuttack by unknown assailants. They allegedly escaped with 36 lakh in cash and goods.
The injured trader was taken to SCB Medical College and Hospital in critical condition.
On being informed, authorities have launched an investigation with the use of surveillance camera recordings in nearby locations in order to identify the guilty miscreants.
