Jagannath Temple Panel to Meet on Ratna Bhandar Inventory

Puri: The Shree Jagannath Temple Managing Committee is scheduled to convene a meeting on March 2 at 4:30 PM at the temple office conference hall to deliberate on several key issues, including the inventory of the Ratna Bhandar.
According to sources, the meeting agenda includes the reading and confirmation of the minutes of the previous meeting, followed by discussions on the counting of ornaments preserved in the Ratna Bhandar. The committee will also consider and approve the revised estimates for the financial year 2025–26 and the budget estimates for 2026–27.

Among other important matters, the panel will discuss the establishment of model Gurukuls for the children of temple servitors, the use of the new Ratnapal for Mahaprabhu, and the proposal to install an air-conditioning system at the Natamandap for the convenience of devotees.
The meeting is expected to take crucial decisions concerning the temple’s administration, infrastructure development, and long-term planning to ensure the smooth conduct of rituals and services at the shrine.
