Mutilated body of woman recovered in Sundargarh

Sundargarh: In a shocking incident, the mutilated body of a woman has been recovered in Sundargarh district of Odisha today morning. From the circumstantial evidences, it has been suspected to be a murder. The incident has taken place in the Goudapda area of ​​Sankara in the district.

As per reports, the mutilated body of the married women has been recovered from a field near a pond in Goudapada of Sankara area under Sundargarh Town Police station limits.

After getting information Police reached the spot and sent the body for post-mortem. Investigation of the case is underway.

As per preliminary reports, the case is suspected to be a case of murder. The circumstantial evidence suggest that she has been stoned to death. There are several deep wounds in multiple places on her face and body. However, so far it has not been known why and who killed the woman.
