Illegal country liquor manufacturing unit busted in Salia Sahi

Bhubaneswar: The Excise Department conducted raid in the Salia Sahi of Bhubaneswar and busted an illegal country liqour manufacturing unit and seized large quantity of illicit liquor and raw materials.

During the raid, the excise officials recovered fermented mash along with materials used for producing country liquor. They also found multiple drums containing fermented mash and stoves are set up for cooking.

The mash was being prepared using poor-quality and rotten fruits such as oranges and pomegranates.
