Odisha youth arrested for making objectionable AI videos

Cuttack: A youth was arrested by the cyber cell of the Commissionerate Police on charges of making objectionable AI videos and posting them on social media platforms in Salepur area of Cuttack district.

Cuttack Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) Rishikesh Khilari informed that one Bishwaballabha Nanda was making objectionable AI videos of political figures and celebrities and posting such videos on social media with the hope of gaining more views and subsequently earn money.

Apart from arresting and forwarding him to the court, the cyber ​​police also seized a mobile phone and some screen shots from the accused, said the Cuttack DCP while addressing a press meet today.

The DCP also has appealed people not to accept friend requests from any unknown person and not to share any personal information or photos and videos with them.
