Five minors sexually assault fellow classmate and dispose his body in Madrasa

Nayagarh: In a horrific incident, the body of a minor boy was found from the septic tank of a Madrasa under Ranpur police station in Nayagarh district. The boy was brutally sexually assaulted by his classmates, murdered and then disposed off in the septic tank on September 2.

According to information, police have detained five minor boy for allegedly having unnatural sex with one of their classmates. The incident happened on September 2. The boys at first sexually assaulted the victim and then killed him by asphyxiation.

After killing the minor boy, the five of them hatched a plan to dispose him. They carried him near the septic tank of their Madrasa and then threw him inside it.

As the boy went missing, the Madrasa authorities and the child’s family members searched for him. They approached the police and registered a missing case against the boy.

The police started an investigation and on Saturday found out the body of the boy from the septic tank of the educational institution. On inspecting the CCTV footages, the police found the involvement of the five boys.

All the five boys were identified and then detained by the police. The police forwarded them to the Juvenile Court and they have been sent to the Juvenile Reformation Centre in Angul.
